Highplans is a small Inverness based company run from a busy home based office by a sole trader, which means minimal overheads and will offer you the best value for money for high standards of work. The premium quality of work does not come at a premium cost to you. As a sole trader there is also no need for VAT to be added to any of Highplans fees, offering you further savings.
All of the work is produced by a local, experienced Architectural Technologist, skilled in using the latest software packages providing you with easy to follow visualizations of the designs early on - that will be accurate at build stage. Producing traditional paper drawings, as well as 3D views, animations, solar studies and interactive 3D models, all included as part of the standard service at no additional cost.
